I also think about sex 24/24 but only with good women...I don't like sex just for pleasure. Now before defining you a sex addict think about what brought you here. Try quitting porn and see if your second addiction will change. I saw that I like ladies so much, and watch them and have fatasies about and this happens after that I have sex with my gf. Same time, when I stay away from P, my second "addiction" dissapears a bit. More over..did you, lately, refused or avoided a chance to have sex because you thought about the bad consequenses? Means that you are still in controll, but be carefull. I used to go with hookers on the street and in houses, but now I'm disgusted about that. Money lost, time lost, dignity lost and sometimes condoms broken=> next day doctors, blood analis, fear, shame, and so on. I'm clean and happy now and for fortune I didn't got any disease. But thinking about the risky situations I've been through...I think I was sex addicted too. As loong as you only think about it or you only have sex with "normal" girls, don't worry to much. If you manage to stay in one relationship also this will be good and prove that you second "addiction" may not be so strong.

Let me be clear that i have not had sex before but i know a few things
Sex addiction actually exists and it's different than pmo addictions.if it's with different partners and really excessive that's really an addiction but if it's with one partner that you have over a few months at least, it's not exactly an addiction.Having sex with different partners on a weekly basis doesn't have an exactly known bad effect physically but since one gets used to different bodies and faces and just gets used to having a completely new experience each time having sex,it might become a problem in you and your partner's sex life.
Aside from all that,when we ejaculate we lose life energy that could be used else where.although in balance there is nothing wrong with it but when one is addicted whether to pmo or normal sex,it's definitely not balanced.
