I made an account today and need some help

    Hi. I masturbate to much and feel addicted. Nothing I seem to do seems to work. I don't want to get into too much of what I have tried but it hasn't worked and I don't want to keep masturbating. I was hoping for some tips and tricks to help me out. One thing I will say is that I was once an alcoholic as well as a masturbation/porn addict. I haven't drank in months though and the way I cured myself from alcoholism was mostly through Islam. This hasn't seemed to work for masturbation though so if anyone gives me advise please don't link it to God or Religion.

    Also, I don't want a "try __ days without masturbation/porn" because I want to go as long as I can. Never again would be an achievement for me. If anyone reads this please give me advise and let me know how long you've gone without masturbation for context. Thank you.

    Hey man, you have come to the right place. You are welcome here. A good thing to inform NoFap users about is your age. A lot of people have thanked me for realizing i have a problem at 12.

    Some of my advice:
    1. Install a porn blocker (to slow you down instead of completely blocking it which is much harder to do) A good one i recommend and use is https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...bh?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog I blocked my frequently used porn and redirect my urges to my motivational video playlist.
    2. Create a motivational playlist with videos that motivate you using restrictive mode on youtube. Watch it whenever you have urges
    3. Browse NoFap even if you dont have any urges! Learn about what happens to your brain using porn and help other users!
