When it came to Twitter and Reddit I just deleted the app it was to much of a trigger for me. As for a blocker maybe ask a friend to put a password in so you can’t change it. I haven’t seen or heard of one the is 100% delete proof but I’m not using one so I can’t help you there

Cold Turkey Blocker is free (basic when free). You have to install it as an extension & on your computer.

 

Watching this thread - one of my APs is looking for one, willing to pay for a commercial solution I guess if there's a lifetime license and looking for Windows and iOS cross platform support.

 

Try Self-discipline.exe, I tried many porn blockers nothing helped.
