    Hello brothers, for about 3 months my left testicle hurts a little and unfortunately I have not taken seminal retention seriously during those 3 months, I am 23 years old, it only hurts a little and sometimes I don't even notice it, I should go to the hospital or take health cultivation seriously and wait for it to wear off?

    I recommend going to the doctor. Because, most of people goes to the doctor at late when the situation becomes too serious or having irreparable loss. Your life also depends on the Reproductive organs & kidneys.
