I need help !!! Pls read and help me

I have an uncle who's in intensive care battling for his life...he's a chain smoker...suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease... his lungs now function only at 20% capacity...got two blockages in the heart.. breathes through the day via a bipap and an oxygen cylinder.... he now pleads with the doctor to save him atleast long enough to see his son's wedding... he's given up smoking last year after half a decade of it ruining his life...thing is it's too late now and the damage is done... all the money he's earned now goes for paying the bills and surgeries...now he wasn't an illiterate to not understand what this habit could have done to him in the long run... he's well educated...yet the addiction got the better of his logical reasoning and now he's paying the price...
Now my friend... you have some choice addictions under your sleeves...pmo with smoking.. double the pleasure? More like double the pain....as if one wasn't bad enough to ruin your life... You've got your life ahead of you...don't waste it...get out of this mess before it's too late...I hope you do...bless you

 

Your life isn't ruined. Being out of control causes depression for most. You sound depressed. Self care isnt just about NoFap. Maybe you need some group therapy?

 

I am advising that you seek medical advice in conjunction with no pmo. Migraines can be caused from so many things. It sounds like you are experiences high fluctuation in blood presure? It could be just that and anxiety or it could be more. Eliminate any other problems and continue to resist pmo. Also there are simple sensory relaxation techniques that are natural and safe. One I use is of the five senses see, hear, touch , taste and smell. Ill find a link with more details.
