    Hi, I am a PMOer for about 1 year,,, I tried too much to stop PMOing, but my longest streak was almost 17 days.
    I was masturbating twice a week or once.
    3 days ago, I relapsed after spending 8 days without porn. But after this relapse, I PMOed a lot. If small trigger came, I would watch porn and masturbate fast without any resistance. All the reasons of not fapping were deleted from my brain. I can't control myself. Please, help me!!
    I masturbated 30 minutes ago and I want to watch porn and mastyrbate now!!!!!!
    Please, help me. I am a student in high-school.
    Mention to me all the effects of porn on brain and studying. I want to be motivated but I don't know what happened.
    From watching porn once a week to doing that twice a day :(:(:emoji_cry:

    Been there done that. It seems a lot difficult but it is actually not. if you want to sustain from PMO then keep yourself occupied as much as possible. If an urge comes then just ignore it and do something else. Me for example like to do as much push-ups as I can and then afterwards I'm either too tired to do anything or the urge has passed. The thing is that we can only motivate you so far. You have to push yourself in order to succeed. You want to succeed but why? What makes you think that PMO is bad? We all have different reasons on why we sustain so tell us why you sustain.

    For example I sustain in order for me to feel better. I could not care less about having sex meeting more women etc. I do this because it makes me feel better, plus I want to fix my erection problems. Also porn is bad because so many people are trapped in that industry, meaning that even if they do leave most of them will have a hard time living a "normal" life so in a way it uses people and we should not feed it.

    If you watch porn all the time then your brain is filled with that. Imagine watching a movie so many times that you remember it by heart. That is what's going on here. Your brain is trying to hang on to past memories but don't let it. Imagine having boxes with bad memories but you have to get rid of them to move on. At some point you will have to open them and remember what's inside. What you need to do is remember what made them bad and move on from that.

    Easier said than done I know but with small steps daily you will achieve your goals
