  1. Why all of my friends do pmo daily and are normal people but me which was never an addict, always used vanilla porn , and never faped more than once in a day has to go through impending doom. My god I’m so mad that this particular reason makes me wanna fap 100 times in a day but I won’t do that I just want answers why I gotta have these problems and they don’t.

    Let me ask you three questions.

    One: Why does having a problem thanks to fapping mean that you want to fap 100 times a day? That makes no sense! (This is a rhetorical question; I don't actually expect an answer.)

    Two: How do you know that you have an impending doom? What symptoms do you have? It might help to talk about it.

    Three: What is one thing that you can do today to bring you just one step closer to going clean?

    Ask yourself question 3 every day.

    Two: Trouble swallowing, trouble breathing, neck tightness, panic, trembling, chest pain, shortnes of breath and alot other symtoms that can’t recall right now
    Three: I am clean( if you’re talking about pmo), man i do everything, workout, focus on my goals, constantly learning new stuff everyday, my diet is top notch but still i’m a mentally ill man and i told myself if this dosent get better after 120 days of pmo i’m turning to drugs

    Also it is probably easy for me to say I don't keep porn using friends because I don't keep a wide circle based on shallow values.

    I mean tons of people on social media are against porn so it just goes to show you there are people who view it as abnormal and very unhealthy.

    When all is said and done not fapping will help you the most.

  13. As I said, stop comparing yourself to other people. You just happen to be the one of your friends who is struggling the most — someone in a group has to struggle the most, and you are it. But don't keep the delusion that you are the only one, or that your friends won't get problems!
    Yes, many people have mental illnesses that have nothing to do with any type of addiction. I don't know your diagnosis, obviously, but have you considered that PMO was a coping mechanism for you, and not the cause of your problems?

    It is extremely common for people suffering from mental illness to turn to addictions to help them cope. Unfortunately, although it helps in the very short term (for a couple of hours, maybe), it always makes things worse in the long run.
    This is a case in point. You want to turn to any sort of addiction, whether it be porn, recreational drugs, or something else, because you think that it will help you to cope. It is your mental illness that is causing you problems, and an addiction will always make it worse in the long run.
    Therefore, in addition to whatever your doctor prescribes for you, you need to learn to calm down that fight-or-flight response. There are different ways to do this. I'll tell you some of them below, but please realise that they don't all work with certain types of mental illness. You'll have to check them out for yourself, to find out what does work for you and what doesn't. Also, if your doctor tells you that any of these are contraindicated for you, you must listen to your doctor.
    As I said, your mental illness might have nothing to do with PMO. Some mental illnesses (not all of them) are grounded in abuse. You're only 19, so if this is true for you, you presumably had an abusive childhood. However, it might not be true of you — your mental illness might have nothing to do with abuse. That's something for you to figure out with your doctors, counsellors, etc.

    Here are some ideas for calming that fight-or-flight response. I repeat that you need to consider these as experiments, take what works for you, discard what doesn't work for you, and take note of what your doctor says.
    • Breathing. Specifically, diaphragmatic breathing. When you are faced with a situation or thought that triggers your response, use slow, deep, diaphragmatic breathing. This will usually calm you right down within less than a minute. If you practice this, it could be as little as seconds.
    • Meditative actions, such as yoga or tai chi.
    • Meditation. Some mental illnesses don't work well with meditation, so again, take this with some care.
    • Mindfulness. As with meditation, it works well with some people, but can actually make things worse with others. Take this with care.
    • Thumb squeeze. Make a thumbs-up sign. With your other hand, gently squeeze the top of your thumb, let go, and repeat several times. This doesn't work for everyone.
    You can find many other ideas online. Experiment, and keep those that work.

    Maybe you are missing something important in your life, or the diet you believe is healthy is actually not.

    Have you supplemented with vitamin D ? Very important especially when you are indoors majority of the time.
    Are you aware that vitamin b12 deficiency is a major contributor to depression and anxiety ? Soils have been greatly recycled and there is no vitamin b12 left...alternative is to supplement with b12.

    You may have a thyroid issue man. Lugol's Iodine is another important trace mineral which is ONLY found in sea vegetables. Ionized salt has insufficient amounts of iodine for your daily needs. Iodine is what is needed for your thyroid, followed by selenium. Both have to be used at the same time for T3 and T4 to be created. Your endocrine system relies on the production of these hormones.

    Majority of my mental and health issues went away after supplementing with D3, B12, Iodine & Selenium. The symptoms you mentioned I have also experienced. The trembling and trouble swallowing was fixed after implementing these supplements. Do not think you are broken having to take these supplements...because it is the fault of modern day agriculture which have depleted these vital substances.

    If I were you I would do the following and see how you react to them. Just my 2 cents.

I get enough of b12 from meats, i might have vitamin d defficency but i have none of the symptoms mentioned, as far as other things you mentioned i mean there’s a billion minerals, amino acids and enzymes that we need to consume daily but we cant so thats a no biggie cuz people have been survivaling from hunting animals they didn’t have the lux of the vegetables and fruits and as far as thyroid goes can you be more specific

    Morning:
    1 Orange
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 zinc suplement
    1 teaspoon black seed with 1 tablespoon honey
    after 30 min pasta with tomato sauce
    after 2 hours 6 teaspoons of peanut butter and 1 banana
    Lunch:
    rice with boiled beef
    or
    stew
    or
    steak with potatoes and veggetables
    or
    peas with vegetables and beef
    or
    beans
    and 1 tbs olive oil after lunch
    dinner
    roasted corn
    or
    sunflower or pumpinseeds
    or
    nuts
    etc
    and 1 tbs olive oil

    Remove the corn. Corn is poorly dissected and absorbed by the body anyways, and you can see the proof in your toilet. Every time I eat corn i feel like crap.

    Remove the olive oil and replace with flax seeds. 1000x times healthier plus will give you your daily dose of omegas both DHA an EPA
    You only listed zinc as a supplement, which is not enough. Take an organic form of multi vitamins like this good brand on amazon. These vitamins are derived from real food sources and not synthetic:
    "NATURELO Whole Food Multivitamin for Men - with Natural Vitamins, Minerals, Organic Extracts - Vegetarian - Best for Energy, Brain, Heart, Eye Health - 120 Vegan Capsules"

    On top of that, dont forget the B12, D3, and Iodine purchased and used separately as the dose in that multi are very low.

    5000 mcg of b12 cyanocobalamin,
    2000 mcg of nascant iodine,
    5000 UI D3

    Or better yet...try that multi first and see how you feel afterwards. Remember, miracles dont happen overnight. It takes a couple days for the body to store and build nutritional storage through your whole body.

    Another tip I would recommend is to only consume organic foods. Non GMO is not organic. Organic will always be Non GMO and on top of that will not have the pesticides and herbicides which are extremely harmful to your body. Those pesticides and herbicides are capable of killing rodents...just imaging what it does inside of you.

    And the fertilizer used for non organic crops are also knows as 'bio sludge' which is literally human feces (everything you flush down toilet) and that which is collected in the sewage. All of this goes to the water treatment plant to be recycled. The city doesn't know what to do with the left over waste after recycling the water so they sell it to these companies for pennies which they then use as fertilizer on crops or they sell in stores...to get you thinking further...imagine all other drugs and prescription meds which get flushed down the toilet. Absolutely disgusting and you end up consuming contaminated crops grown using this fertilizer.
     
  18. i used to use flax seed oil but it contains cynaide and increases estrogen levels and as far as omega-3 i got that from fish which i forgot to mention in my diet. As far as other suplemnets i used to take super b vitamins for months and super-mega vitamins which contain all other vitamin but i stopped cuz i don’t like using pills for the rest of my life and it’s not healthy, everything that is made in a lab and everything that is easy is wrong, at least thats my view on it so theres no way i’m having b defficencies, the only potential of defficency could be vitamin d but even if i have that it dosent cause anxiety but depression and i have 0 depression
