    Hello Everyone,

    Yesterday was one of the toughest night in my life. I have stopped Faping for a week and i was struggling not to fap after a week. I almost was crying; struggling is so hard specially when you live by yourself - I am 26 Years old and single. Yesterday i was looking for any advise that make me calm down. Lucky me i found this website. Please Please I need your Help guys. I am trying to stop faping, but as you all know it is so hard. I am ready to do anything to stop faping and be new person. I really need to change and be a better person.

    Hi and welcome!

    You will definitely find the support you are looking for in here ;) I suggest looking for accountability partner and setting up a journal if you haven't already.
