I need NoFap Because of NoFap

This is a bit of a rant. I first heard about NoFap from a Ted talk so I checked it out. I was reading through forums and a guy was giving a sincere confession about what he had looked at and was looking for support.
Someone asked what that was in more detail and a fellow fapstronaut posted a link to the subreddit concerning that genre of porn. I went there out of curiosity and fell down a black hole. I had very what I felt normal desires before then, now I have seen some fucked up shit. Please for the love of all that is holy DO NOT give any details in your NoFap posts that would cause someone to curiously stumble down into a pit.

I cannot use the NoFap subreddit because of the NSFW content. I hope that this forum will help me get over what the NoFap subreddit started. I am not blaming, I didn't have to go where I did but it happened. Please help me guys.

I would like to make a confession to an individual just so I can hear that I'm forgiven. If anyone has that in their heart please PM me.

Triggers are everywhere, and it sucks, I know.

Some people do have very distinct fetishes that they need help to get over. So some degree of expression on that end I guess is ok, such as for your own journal or something. I don't blame you for being triggered, but I know I myself have become obsessed with specific genres of porn and thought I could never have a normal sexual identity. It's very healing to be able to express that on a forum such as this, as well as read how other people got over these things.

Again, I absolutely don't blame you. I have been in this very situation plenty of times.
