Hey can I have some advice for sleeping on my back I am a belly sleeper but want to quit

Try to listen to some guided meditation while going to sleep and just listen while relaxing on your back. I started this a few months ago and I can't even stay awake for the first minute.

What??? I can only sleep on my back, and it is impossible to sleep on belly. When on belly you cannot breath properly (due to your bodyweight that is on top of your lungs and face in pillow) or my neck hurt if I have my head turn to side for breathing... very uncomfortable. On contrary sleeping on back is totally natural without any pain and with easy breathing.
