I need some motivation again.

    I'm not doing good lately, everything is going bad except NoFap for the moment, but it could go also wrong and I could relapse.

    Why should I continue trying to be a better myself? Will NoFap really help me? Abstaining from porn, fapping,..., is it really thé solution for everything?

    Sincerely, a very sad Muslim that needs some help, Muslimnoporn.

    What were your initial reasons for quitting porn. Since you brought it up, what does your Muslim faith say about porn? Are there spiritual tools in your faith that can help?

    Everything may be failing. This is still an opportunity to succeed at something.

    Just like any other faith it is seen as a sin. I considered to go pray again but as you maybe know Muslims pray 5 times a day and I discovered I'm lazy. :/ Maybe I'll use prayer as a 'religious tool'.
