I need support as I lost my girlfriend and DON'T want PMO!

Over the weekend my girlfriend of the last 3 and half months left over a misunderstanding and some things I could of done better. It was very abrupt as I found out she also has some past issues. I really want to keep going with NoFap but now have an excuse to relapse. I don't want that and I want to learn, grow and keep going....any support is appreciated as I am feeling hurt and alone. But also ready to meet the challenge and stay strong!! ( kind of a weird place strong and sad at the same time ) Thank you!!
