I need to start right back at basics

so my typical streak is between 4 and 7 days long. In the past month I’ve barely made 2-3 days. Last night in bed I relapsed to porn, and first thing this morning in bed I did the same thing.

I literally never relapse in bed and now I’ve done it twice in the space of 12 hours. This is ridiculous.

My acne has got bad, I feel super tired, the depression is kicking in and I just don’t know how to get back on a streak.

I feel like I need to start right back at basics. So, could you give me some advice as if I had just started out here? I wanna learn how to tackle the smallest urges etc. So really basic stuff.
 
This is what I think you can start with:
1. Always and I mean always lie on your back and not on your stomach whenever you go to bed.
2. I would recommend to go for a basic workout (running,stretching especially for lower body) for the first few days, it'll tire you and leave you less strength for masturbation.
3. Cold shower is like a magic pill for you. If you are idle and a thought pops in and you get a hard on..just put your thing in cold water. Do that..you'll recover and live to fight your temptations for a few more hours.
4. No alcohol for the first 15 days. Various reasons you can check out in other posts.
5. Social media is seductive mistress and so is TV, movies and any form of digital media. Hell even books these days have erotica in them. So leave them for just a few days while you gather some momentum.
Look its all about momentum. I am on 71 today and I had this huge urge even today. So these urges will stay with you for some time. Identify your triggers (for eg for me its insta feed or TV erotic scene basic stuff but even that is enough to kill my streak) and then replace those points of exposure with something else. Like instead of watching a movie read a book like "The Alchemist". Replace your triggers with activities that don't or won't trigger you. Only then you'll be able to gather some momentum.
Also i noticed in my case that after every "failed" attempt I use to feel bad. Even if its a 4-5 day streak it is something. You are probably the only one in your block who is going through this so be proud of that. Try to build streaks up every time.

I do workout twice a day, 50 press-ups before I go to bed, 50 press-ups once I get up, and for a while that really helped but it really isn’t working at the moment. I also had a cold shower a couple of hours before so that also didn’t work, and finally I’m 16 so alcohol is out of the question.

Apart from those 3 points, you have given me sole very valuable advice, so thank you :)
