Hi ,my name is mariano and im from argentina , i have a Porn and Masturbation addiction , I started to abstain from P and M , and i reach a 5 days goals of nofap but i relapsed and now its difficult to start again . I want to stop doing this and i don t know how . if u guys can help me i I appreciate a lot.
 
Hi there, i suggest to start of with Porn addiction first, 4-5 months to break the addiction. then MO will get easier. day by day you have to fight. you will start feeling better. And no matter what don't give in when tempted. When we relapse its nothing but a free choice to do so.. in the end you decide.

no worries bro, take help from others that have the same goals a yo, it will help. Make a plan, A and B. try to stick with your plan how you can be successful.
