Why do you want to stop?
Really think about that and keep that reason in mind. Read here, learn and start making your plan. There is a lot of experience here and people willing to help.

It's not at all easy. Some days I feel really strong but then just the next day I'll be weak and cave in. I think for me just remaining mindful at all times and focus on the things that you enjoy doing and your goals helps. Procrastination is the absolute worst thing I can possibly do and I imagine it;s the same for a lot of people. The moment i sit on my laptop and start watching youtube videos for example I'm on red alert.

Yes, you can stop. You can.

As for feeling angry and disgusted with yourself, it doesn't help. What has being disgusted with yourself ever done for you? It doesn't even help you quit porn. It just makes you feel worse. Instead, try being kind towards yourself. Forgive yourself and assure yourself that things are going to be alright. It's a skill a lot of us porn addicts lack.

Even if you could, I don't think it would help you. Blockers won't make things worse for you, but an addict will always remove them if the cravings are strong enough.

Start by identifying your urges to watch porn. Every time you feel an urge, take note of it and focus on it. Simply noticing your urges is an extremely powerful tool that helps you get them under control. It takes practice, but you can do it. Once you become more aware of your urges, you'll be able to prepare yourself for them, and you'll be able to make the decision to do something else with your time.

Take things one day at a time, and go easy on yourself! Recovery is extremely difficult, and you're doing the right thing by reaching out for help. You can do this!
