welcome friend. Renew your mind in the Word and you will learn what needs to be done. You have made the right choice coming here. Start your counter and hold yourself accountable. It is not going to be easy but you will slowly be changing the way you think for the better. For me to get really serious, I had to learn all the reasons why P and M are bad for me. I had to learn why not PMOing was good for me. I had to have a why outside of the reason that it was a sin. Join the Christian group and find yourself an accountability partner. There are many things that can be done. identify and remove all the triggers you can. Come to this forum when you feel the need to PMO. it will also help to write down what you feel and why you are feeling it and why you don't want to give in. It will remind you your goals. stay strong brother and happy to help how I can.
