I relapsed - DAY 0

i relapsed i started watching/peeking it yesterday but today evening i did it and i felt really bad but i told myself that its just a small hurdle in this journey and i can overcome it easily
Remember if you don't try how do we expect to succeed in anything so the only thing that matters is trying and giving all of it to succeed and i am setting a goal that entering 2025 i am going to be porn free (+90 days ) its like more 5 months to try and achieve and i believe in you boys in all of us WE ARE MEN WE CAN overcome it

REMEMBER ITS A CHOICE WE GONNA CHOOSE WHAT WE WANT

congrats on the recommitment and getting back up - this is crucial.
for me it wasn't a mindset or a "try harder" because "I can choose not to look." I had to come to the realization that I am a sex addict. I got into 12-steps and learned that I have a disease and so I go to meetings daly now and get help from others to defeat this.
