    Oh god.i feel terrible.i have tendency to hurt people close to mr. This is one of many sick things in brought by pmo.i relapsed. And I feel scared that I will hurt someone again.

    So what if you took a hard hit from your addiction? Stand up and back to the fight.

    Start again. Don’t binge, last thing you would want to do. Urges are going to hit you like mad. Try and stay active for the first week, it’ll keep your mind away from porn and masturbating
