Then by all means.... Keep destroying your reward center to ensure you never have a partner.

Keep ruining your dopamine receptors until porn sucks all of the joy out of your life.

You might need to hit rock bottom to find your motivation ..... Or you can just look around forum, and learn from others who have hit rock bottom

Gabe (of reboot nation) was in a flatline for 6 months. Only after that he was cured of his PIED.

Try to remember your first day here and why you wanted to stop.

Jerking off will not make you feel better stop rationalizing. I thought you wanted to feel better but the way you're talking seems you don't care.

You start not caring for this, and then you stop caring for your life like I did with mine. So, start living, be strong stop crying and rationalizing and find something constructive to do with your time.

  5. If you have no reason to stop, nothing anyone says here can supply that reason to you.

Quit porn, you can still fap (without porn).

  7. You lose a bunch of energy when you cum. That's energy that could be used for lining up job interviews, talking to girls, sharpening your body and mind through exercise and reading, and overall positive activities.

How long have you been addicted? It might take longer than the average 3 months to really experience the benefits. You might want to look into holistic medicine too. You could have some underlying health deficiencies that are holding you back.

It seems to me that after 3 months, you might be just on the verge of experiencing some major improvements. Sometimes it hurts the worst right before it gets better...I don't know if this is the case for you, but it might be.

Have you experienced any positive side effects, yet? It might be good to take note of them-no matter how small-and keep in mind that the longer you go without PMO, the more these benefits will increase
