I started new nofap journey

    hi guys my name is simbad I'm from Iraq :emoji_flag_iq: I had tried nofap over 4 months in 2018 And now I begin a new journey on 3 Sept 2020
    but I have some other problems that I have an addiction also on Facebook Instagram and using apps for sex chat etc,
    I have decided to quit them all but the main question that is the sex chat does the same effect the porn do?

    If it includes , cams and pictures , it's probably even worse than porn. However it it can be unproductive for your recovery
    Of course to do sex chat will not make you reboot, so the return to addiction is just around the corner if you have a compulsive attitude.
