    i am listening to music a lot.
    it sokes some of my energy i guess.
    is it ok?
    or is the urge just shift its position to something else!
    shall i direct this energy to something else
    if it is what should it be!?

    i don't know about music but i feel no urges after playing Guitar for 1/2 hours .
