I think my 90 no PMO streak backfired on me!

Hi, I'm 20 years old. I started masturbating at the age of 15. Till 19, everything was fine(Libido). But at 19, I realized that I have got addicted to porn and should stop it. Fortunately I stumbled upon this site, and choose to do a 90 days PMO. The main thing to note here is, Everything including my penile health, libido was working properly, I used to get easy and strong boners just by imagination. But after my 90 or 100 days no PMO streak, I tried to binge on my old habit, and was so surprised to find ED symptoms. I was not able to maintain boner, or sometimes not at all get boner even after watching porn video. It is ironic because since I was on a 90 days streak, and everything was working fine before this streak.
So anybody has any idea of why this has happened? What should I do?,

Maybe you weren't in the mood, maybe you weren't horny, maybe you were tired.... i don't think there is anything to explain. Maybe it has to do with just another subconscious belief that doing 100 days without ejaculating or so is amazing, incredible, and will lead to something strange or unnatural.
Or maybe your body changed its habits and is now less sexually wired, which is better for your overall health and energy, but makes you less able to ejaculate multiple times. Just like an ex smoker can't handle cigarets as he used to.
Or maybe you are less sex inclined, less sexually obsessed so less horny overall.

But what is the use of doing NoFap if we are not able to achieve our old penile strength? I mean before 90 days I wasn't even worrying about Porn and I was able to maintain erection for as long as I want. Even tough I used to do PMO, my penis was ready at any time! But I found it morally wrong, and started NoFap with good Penis health. And now, after 90 days I'm suffering from ED or PIED! I mean, shouldn't my brain supposed to rewire even more!

But most likely you weren't able to have erection with real women then.

As I said my penile health was excellent. I used to get erection just by looking at women!
 
When watching porn you are tricking your brain in thinking you are having a sexual intercourse. After a 90 days period, your brain just detox from it and you might not feel the excitement you use to have before.

Think about the real beauty of women. NoFap helped me look deeper than the looks and find the beauty and passion in alot of people around me. Even if you stopped NoFap after 90 days, you can still stop porn.

I don't think you'll have any ED at 19 years old if you had no problem 90 days ago. Just give your body the time to ajust and when you'll get a partner, trust me you'll feel great and passionnate about this relationship.

By what about persistence? After you have erection would you be able to have it until reach final?

Okay, but now I can't even get aroused even by looking at porn! The only way is I have to abstain in order to get erect. Still can't get erect more than once or twice!

Minute or two, because you reached climax so fast? So probably it is just temporary problem now and you have nothing to worry about - your brain need to rewire. However, we cannot examine you and a consultation with doctor will be a good choice to know what is going on.

That’s what you were working toward. The porn is not doing it for you. The question is, does it work when you’re with a real human?That’s the measure now.
 
That's the whole point of the 90 day challenge, to re-wire your brain so that P no longer does it for you. Like the others said, now its time to try your stuff with a real woman.

No! I mean I've never been in a relationship, but what I meant was if I've abstained from porn for 90 days considering the fact that I was not facing any pied or ED before, so how come the condition got worse? I mean I still should have reacted to porn after 90 days in the same manner as I used to before 90 days or any other normal person would've reacted to porn.

Okay, so I have a question. If a person rewires his brain( becomes free of porn addiction), will he not again react to porn as any other normal person would react? I mean my whole point of asking question was why can't I react to porn in the same manner( getting strong erections, feeling strong Dopamine release) as I used to before 90 days considering the fact that I abstained for 90 days which should have increased my brain activity towards porn even more, and not caused Ed or Pied symptoms.
 
You might be confusing ED with disinterest. P isn't a real experience, it requires a bridge of immersion in order to get past the fact that its just an image on the screen and not really happening, and for that reason, loads of normal people aren't interested in P in the first place for that reason. I wouldn't panic until you find that you can't get a proper reaction no matter what.

I say try a friendly date, or if a girl isn't available to you at the moment, maybe try erotic fiction or graphic novels, or one of those dating sim games? I dunno, you can probably get hooked on that stuff too, I'd hate to cause your relapse, so just do it once for closure if you really need it
