    I think the cause of this addiction is because i feel inadecuate. I was bullied when i was a teen, and my fathers didnt taught me self-respect or love, so all my life i felt like an inadecuate person that hate himself.
    I notice that when i feel more anxiety because of the reason of being inadecuate is when i have the most urge to watch cuckold porn.
    I think the cause of watching this type of porn is because i dont feel worthy of love or respect.
    So i thought, if i start feeling worthy of love, and worthy on general i will stop fantasy this type of escape porn i watched normally.

    I think there is definitely a relationship between humiliation porn and inadequacy or your self-esteem. If you work on building your self-esteem up and on self-improvement, your recovery will end up naturally becoming easier.
