Well...i dont know for sure. To me, there's no way u can kill ya sex drive so u cant masturbate. Bro, sex is essential in life. Have u ever thought of having a wife? Kids? Grandkids??. There's so much glory when u get to pass on ya genes to the next generations and watch them sprout to life. You should join us for the purpose of changing ya lifestyle positively, not only for ya self, buh for others around ya.
Believe in ya self and do the challenge. we fellow Nofap members will help you out.

Your logic is absurd, why would you not want to have sex?

 

Depression. Depression can kill sexual urges, but it also kills all other desires.

 

You will experience that after a certain days of NoFap then your libido will drop drastically, then your thoughts will be about other things in your life which might be as equal important than thoughts about sex. So then maybe it is easier to connect with a woman since you are not thinking about sex.

 

Oh, it will happen to you I am sure. Just be patient. That is the secret. It really is hard work, yes of course, but the reward you gain....it's worth it. And it is like every urge you just don't do anything with only beeing haunting thoughts, every time you are getting a bit stronger. And after a time I think you will understand more of how to deal with this.

Well I felt the same in the beginning, was a hard start. But you will be better. It is chaser-effect and abstinences. Worst the first weeks. I needed a strategy. Started working out and learned meditation. Also cold showerd but I dont do much more of them. I got cold often so I didn't feel for doing it anymore.

 

I would love to have my sex drive killed too but that's because I am into meditation and Buddhism. Meditation can greatly help channel the sexual energy and when meditation reaches its peak, you won't have any sex drive plus you had be in a trance like state. Although this usually happens at a meditation retreat where you are meditating 24/7, it is still possible in our daily lay life if you can set aside an hour or 2 for meditation everyday but this would require some effort and it won't be easy if you are not really into meditation.

Working out works great too. Just like someone here mentioned here, you would hit long flatlines when you will feel asexual once you have gone some months of nofap (including no sex or orgasms from any other means) but the sex drive will come and go as this is how the body works. You can even try nonorgasmic sex (karezza) with women which can help satisfy your sexual need without having to orgasm.

Last but not least: you may be mistaking withdrawals for sex drive. The horniness you feel while rebooting will be all withdrawals for at least 4-6 months of recovery. Nofap for life is never garenteed and just as with other addictions, there will always be a chance for relapse regardless of your sex drive or withdrawals for that matter. I read about this porn addict who was sober 6 years and he decided to watch porn one day as he was having an extremely bad day as he went into the "dont care" mode.

Killing sex drive may sound impossible but it can be done but it depends greatly on what your intentions are.
