I would think reading the forums and seeing how fucked up PMO can make you would be motivation to try harder.

Another succesfull day.It was much of a boring day, as I had nothing much to do today. But stayed away from any source of temptation. "I fear of any withdrawal side effect,so may be I shouldnt make it a cold turkey".
Those may be were the words of the addiction part of me.

My wife would say that. You know all the sh*t it causes so why do it and the blindspot is when we briefly stop seeing the reasons not to and the consequences and we venture back there. It doesn't make sense to those who aren't stuck in this but it's like me saying to a smoker who wants to stop well just don't buy anymore.

I understand but you can do it. Boyfriend is on day 102 today. We had amazing sex last night! He did it and he's committed. The changes are crazy good.

Hi there people. I am also 18 yrs Old & reaching 19 yrs. I started Pmo at around 12 yrs. It has caused tremendous problens in my life. One of the most huge Impact of Pmo on my Life is Los of Self-esteem. I am yet to recover it.
