Why are you watching porn if you have a girlfriend? Also, I tend to struggle with this issue as well, I can't orgasm for anything anymore. With or without porn.

I apologize. I tried to get fancy with language, and lost something in translation.

You are experiencing something common to people who use pornography too much. You need to stop watching pornography and masturbating. It could take you a few days, to over a year to recover your ability to respond to your girlfriend the way you describe wanting.

Most ppl sending us to doctors and therapies are just clowns, ignore em.

Solution is abstaining from porn and masturbation. Have sex with your gf, forget aboit orgasm, dont force yourself. This means u can have longer sex with her which is GREAT. It will come laters. But for me, its best to not orgasm during sex. U keep your strength and masculinity, GF gets her orgasm and sex and its all good. Dont stress!
