    No more procrastination. No more porn. I must let go of this addiction because it is getting in the way of my dreams.

    I have failed NoFap many times before and the last time I did, I lost my will to carry on. I let those feelings of shame bring me down.

    But now my fire is back and I will keep trying until I succeed.

    I need to do this for myself. This is my fight. And I intend to win.
