i was relapsing everyday, now it's almost day 3 and i feel with a douple energy

    man i was relapsing 2 weeks everyday because of lack of motivation, and after almost 3 days now i can feel even more the damage i was doing, i feels now i need less hours of sleep to feel full and i am becoming more confident again
