stay strong man. go for a run, get out of the house, and remind yourself why you started nofap. write out to lists: what is bad about pmo (what will happen if I continue), and, what is good about quitting pmo. because you watched a bit your urges are going to be stronger today, and when you are feeling bad, your brain will send you urges as a way bad to stabilizing itself, because it is trying to get that pleasure to replace the negativity. urges come, but the will pass, just be strong and if you are feeling weak, close the computer, put your phone down and step outside for 15 mins.

you should consider looking at any images that are sexually stimulating to be a relapse, because if not, you will say "okay well its not relapse, so i guess I can watch as long as I don't masturbate." this is the wrong mentality. However, if you do watch it, don't get in the trap of "okay so I watched it, since thats a relapse, I guess I should just pmo completely." this is also wrong. keep your goals in mind and remember why you started. don't tell yourself today what you told yourself yesterday, instead, tell yourself that you will quit and the last time you watch it has already happened, now you are on the road to a life without pmo.

Sounds like a reset to me, not a relapse. The NoFap Rebooting 101 article helped me understand the difference between the two, which can be found here https://www.NoFap.com/rebooting/. This is directly from the article:

It’s important to understand the difference between a reset and a relapse. While a reset means you have failed the parameters of a challenge and need to reset your count to day one, a relapse is a more serious issue. Relapse is when a member of the community who had been improving their lives slips back into old bad habits.

Regarding relapse, mental health professionals draw a fine distinction. For someone who has been diagnosed as addicted to masturbation or sex, a single instance of masturbating or having sex does not necessarily constitute a relapse, since masturbating and sex are both largely considered natural activities. Masturbation or sex can be counted as a relapse if they negatively impact a diagnosed addict’s life. This can mean bingeing (masturbating many times per day to the point where it interferes with life), engaging in risky behavior (e.g. in public or at work), or skipping out on important obligations to do it. However, for pornography addicts, any one instance of masturbating with porn can be considered a relapse, since masturbating with porn is not a natural activity. In fact, for porn addicts, deliberately browsing porn sites without masturbating could be considered a relapse, since exposure to the superstimulus of pornography is probably harmful.

Regardless of whether you’ve relapsed or not, you need to reset your counter after any single instance of breaking your challenge commitment.

I hate to say it because it sucks but yes. I would count it as a relapse. If you hold yourself accountable and reset, even if you just looked for a little, you will not look again. I had 20 days going, started sex messaging girls, never fapped but felt horrible the next day. I decided to count as a relapse as much as it sucked. Now when I have the desire to text girls or go to online dating sites, I don't. Why? Because I don't want to reset my counter. You get your most advantages out of complete absence of porn. Don't go and fap now because you reset the counter. If that's the case then keep the counter going. It's more about your brain chemistry changing and not about the number on the counter. If you're really going to keep track of your days of not being addicted and giving into addicting behaviors though, reset it.
