I wnna get back on track after a month of binging, but I'm kinda lost.

    Everything feels so difficult and heavy. I want to stop but I don't feel any real motivation. I feel doomed to remain at day 2 at most and my brain tries to tell me that I enjoy this and all the self-loathing this provokes.

    Reasons come first, actions seccond.

    WRITE down the reason why you wanna stop on some paper.
    Get as detailed as possible and clear about it as possible.
    You got to create a big momentum, and then you start going for it.

    If you have no reason to take effort into it, you won't have any motivation
