I've known some knowledge about bad influence on our brain caused by porn addiction, but i wonder how many days my brain need to actually recover a little. 100 days? or more.

Different people take different length of time to recover. The longer you abstain the more progress you will see. It's not always a linear progression though so be prepared for ups and downs. Definitely worth it though

Recovery isn’t about a certain set of days. Recovery is for life. There is not a certain set of days in which you will recover, what you can do however, is abstain from porn and masturbation for life and gradually and continually improve your brain.

continually wither away neural pathways that are harmful and replace them with healthy, positive habits. This is about lifelong improvement, as long as you are continually improving, you are winning.

of course I know you mean “when will I get better” we’ll even when you are better, you can still be better. There’s always room for growth and expansion.

stop counting days, never look at porn again, replace those bad sexual habits with positive ones (eg. sex) and allow time to pass and you will continually get better. And when you feel “recovered” from this addiction, take it to the next level, find new ways of improving. This is truly what nofap should be about

  10. Nicely said!

To answer the OP, one "scientific" answer is between 26 and 45 weeks to reset the baseline. Of course, as already said, everyone is different, but this gives you a guideline. Aim to heal in 45 weeks; hope that takes only 26 weeks; and prepare to keep healing forever.
