I wouldn't call a problem "good" A problem is a cause for alarm. This here is an alarm going off big time. This is not helping you at all. Basically you weaken yourself before a training session with a woman, before you actually show her what your made of. This is full on cuckery in my opinion. It's not healthy. I'd look deeper though.. did you have a domineering mother? Was she rough or yelled at you or possibly hurt you physically or God forbid sexually? I only say this because your psyche likes women trainers... Do you find men too authorative and bullying? Anyways if I were you, I'd stop knocking the swimmers before a good train session as you are short changing your gains and also submitting to this woman's powers over you. What I wonder about is how you even have energy to get an erection. If you work out really hard I'd imagine you just don't have the energy, it's not like you're using your penis to do any exercises. It might very well be possible to not have a boner just by working out harder if you have no interest in the mental side of it.

I had one female trainer at the gym I used to go to and she is one of the most attractive females I ever met. I had a similar problem that when I started working with her I felt an incredible desire to come home and jerk off and think about her. It got so bad that I considered stopping working out with her. But then the realization hit, I liked working with her, she was pushing me, I was getting in better shape, so I had to deal with my issues. Ironically the more I worked with her, I realized we were actually becoming good friends (I'm still in touch with her almost 3 years later after she left the gym), and that helped me get over masterbating thinking about her. I don't know why but my mind will not let me masterbate thinking about someone that is a friend.

After she left the gym (she got fired from there), I got set up with another attractive female. Thankfully I knew how to deal with it at that point so being around her was never an issue.

Maybe you can stop thinking about her as a sexual entity only, look at her as a friend and that might help you.

 

I regularly ride my road bike with several groups of people, and a lot to times I got to be on the rear wheels of women bikers that wear super tight cyclist stuff, but even if I ride since 3 years it never happen to get a boner. Too tired I guess

 

The gym is full of attractive females, way above average good looking girls.
It's a good way to practice self control because eventually as many guys here have posted they got used to being around attractive female trainers.

I agree with the others here. I rather think you should use this opportunity to train yourself in your willpower and self-control, and not fall back into unhealthy habits. That you are constantly distracted by the woman's body and immediately have a boner, in any case, is not normal. So that you look at her body or take a glimpse, yes, that's still normal, but not that you are immediately so strongly sexually aroused by her and can't control yourself. My best advice is that you try to focus on what actually matters, returning to the present moment: Working out. Try to shift your focus and concentration on what she tells you when she helps you with training, and don't be distracted by her body. If that doesn't work, you have to re-evaluate what's more important to you. And in that matter the last resort would be to, yes, just choose a different trainer, preferably a male trainer in your case. And as mentioned by others here as well, there is also the option of wearing different clothing that hides your boner.

when im noticing is the more i work out to the max the more energy i get after wards, = more than usual sexual energy an im struggling to handle this new rush of urges ,i even edged the other day, i stopped myself an decided to put in a late night work out session,
