I would appreciate support for my way out of the porn addiction (:

Hey my friends,
First of all a few information about my person. Im 23 years old and watch porn since Im approximately 13. I want to quit for years and over the years its getting more and more important to me to reach this purpose.

In my view Im for sure addicted to porn and it is seriously..I read a lot about the benefits and Im also sure that they are true.
Sometimes I just masturbate because I need to do it and when I NoFap for some days I feel really good and then...BAAM its happen again and I cant resist to continue this route.

I hope when I write this topic that this give me the final motivation to stop it and don't fall back.
I will write every day and keep you up to date, maybe somebody like to give me some advices and stay with me...

Btw I always like to improve my English skills, im from Germany and if you found some mistakes I would be happy when you correct them.
