Iam feeling no power,so lazy and dont want to do anything, is this flatline?

Hey guys,
So im currently in around ten or more days without doing PMO,
and for this past 2 days iam feeling so lazy, no power in my muscle and dont want do anything, someone can explain this? even tough im not doing anything like doing M or watching P,which can drain our stamina so much, and im also not doing excersice or anything that can drain energy, but i dont know why im feel so lazy this past days, someone maybe can explain this?
