Idk What Just Happened And I Don't Know If it Was Good Or Bad HELP!!!

    Hey Guys Ive been on this mini 11 day streak with no PMO. Today Legit Like 10 Minutes ago I got on Youtube to look for arms Videos, I Usually Listen Too ASMR To Help Me Sleep And i Never Get Aroused. So I Went On A Neat Little Video And Like 5 Minutes into it i Just Exploded. Legit 5 seconds before i Ejaculated I got a massive boner then it just happened. I never Watch ASMR for Arousal and today was no different but I Just Don't Know What Happened I Didn't even touch myself down there And was not exposed to something Arousing. I was So Mad when it happened because this Had never happened When i was an addict to PMO. So Idk Why it has happened now. I Don't Know if it was A Relapse And i Hope it wasn't, If i knew i was going to orgasm i would have never started to Watch ASMR. Like i said this has never happened Before. So I Need to know did i Relapse And Was i At Fault, Or Was It not my fault because i didn't do it Intentionally? Ever Since I started My Streak Ive Been Flatlining And Having Wet Dreams So i Don't know If That Has Something to do with it. And i don't know if this could be considered a good or a bad thing. Please Help Really Confused on this one!!!

    Not intentional, not a problem.

    Others can give more input about the physiological aspects.

    But from reading your post I’d say your intentions are good and your body had a nature release of sexual energy.

    I just typed in "ASMR" in youtube and came up with a majority of videos having females on the thumbnails. Which one did you click on?
    Edit: I played one and that shit was oddly/weirdly satisfying.

    Next time stay away from the female asmr videos. If you do it again then I could see it count as a relapse.

    It Was Some Sort OF Tapping Video And The Thing Is i Wasn't Even Watching it, i had it in the background playing while i was doing some other stuff on the computer, So It Must Have Been A sound That Triggered it. I Know the only time i get triggered from the ASMR is from Like Kissing Sounds Or Wet Sounds. But This Video Didn't have any of that

    If these type of asmr videos made you get hard and ejaculate then its best to stay away from them.

    Ya I always Stay Away From Them Like i said but the ASMR video That i watched didn't have any of the triggers that make me Hard.
