    If u re abstaining from ejaculations is normal or let s say it may happen to have a notturna emission.
    The best would be having a strong spontaneous erection while having a wet dream, but..well... We re here cause we have some problema regarding these things

    Why have u mentioned venous leak?
    I also had some doubts for my case even if i went to the specialisti, had ecodoppler and prostaglandine injection and it was all fine, but I missed another exam that would have been the best for deeper check out.
    The point is that reading the venous leakage symptoms are exacty what happen to me.
    No morning wood
    No spontaneous erections
    Erection just working hard with my hands masturbation on porn and losing erection after loosing the grip.
    Also... Getting erection just in certain positions while in others almost impossibile or very soft erection.
    Glans does not inflate well

    I mentioned venous leak because there’s a tad part of myself that’s worried it is venous leak. However, I believe that it’s mostly from porn.

    Sorry, I’m just worried...

    I didn't know what this was until you mentioned it. I've had some cardio issues (a stent), so it makes me curious about this. Recently, I can't seem to get hard enough for intercourse. I get semi-hard for oral and have a discharge for masterbation, but I'm thinking this might be my issue. Do you know any more?
