    For me personally I would count it as a reset without arguments and this is my reasoning.

    1. Masturbating during reboot is detrimental to your recover as you have not given your brain enough time sepereate P from M in in a neurological sense so eventuallly one will lead to another.

    2. I dont consider virtual/long distance communication of a sexual nature to be a legitimate sexual encounter because when you log off whatsapp you realise there is no actual physical woman with you and all you have really done is use your computer/smartphone for stimulation to jerk yourself off. ( kind of like porn)
