If I could go back and warn myself, I would. But I was more of an idiot at that time so I probably won't listen to myself

  2. eh he he well this question gets more perspective if you have young boys (as i do 6 & 8)... and if you are not going to fight for their innocence against PMO then why bother with media, alcohol, tobacco or any other addictive thing? I hear what you are saying and I think what you mean by 'younger' matters. Then there is also having even a clue of what 'normal' is... for years I never considered PMO to be a problem and I literally did not even encounter the idea that I could be addicted or that it might be hurting me..

If I knew that my anxiety issues and general problems with interacting with others was due to my pmo use, ABSOLUTELY I would have told myself. I feel I lost 10 years of my life due to my pmo use. I fully know (and don't anymore) to not dwell on the past, but MANNNN my early 20's would have been sooo much better had I not been addicted to pmo.

Time to make my time now count!

Some people say no and some people say yes.
I think for a big part, it's because the people saying "no, I wouldn't" are already doing well. They've improved a lot since starting NoFap, and know they're going to get out of the porn addiction. They've badly influenced parts of their past, but in the present, they're doing great, and learnt a lot.
I, though, don't know yet when and if I'll get out of this addiction. At the moment, I feel about as addicted as I was when I started this over half a year ago.
That's why I'd warn myself now.

It could also be because they are afraid that changing an event in the past will set a chain of events in motions. Therefore, that could create an alternate timeline with a Porno-calipsis unleashed on earth

I would have love to hear from my older self the dangers of porn addiction. I've lost a piece of mys of and its tough gaining that back especially where I am in my life. I don't know if I would of listened but I would hope so. I thought it was innocent then and thought I could stop once I found a mate but it never happened. Even after two marriages I continued it.

Don't know._. I know I would’ve had much better grades and more friends, but I feel the hardships made me who I am. If I had a son some day, I wouldn't even know what would be best for him in the long run.

I actually remember the day I discovered fapping so I would go to that moment and interrupt or prevent myself from ever knowing about it. The day was January 28 , 2014

Wow, I voted yes but then immediately realized how much of an eye-opener this experience has been to my spiritual journey in life as a whole. I guess it's one of those burdens that define us and make us who we are, were we to choose to carry them proudly.
