I did just that for more then a year when I hit rock bottom with terrible consequences on my body and mind. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Would I do it today if it was free of consequences? Hell no! All the time wasted jerking to some pixels in front of a PC just to get your daily dose of dopanine fix... That's totally FU, if you think about it. Yet, I did it for nearly 2 decades. Well that's why it's called addiction, I guess.

 

No I wouldn´t.
I would have done it before starting NoFap. Now it´s different. I started NoFap not because of avoiding "evil consequences" but because of some personal benefits that I experienced by abstaining.
I think there can´t be any technology for acchieving these benefits without the act of abdication, because it´s a psychological mechanism that turns that concious decision into a new "state of mind".

 

And have no time to do anything else, like meet real women, read, work out...

Sounds like a prison. Which is what porn addiction already is
