If you feel depressed during reboot

    So guys short and simple
    Depression during reboot sucks, i know i still feel it sometimes, it dissappears then it comes back out of the blue. Just remember it is temporary it is part of the reboot, don't feel bad don't feel fear, just by doing this challenge of nofap is proof that you are one tough son of a b@#ch, you would rather feel like shit for a few months instead of flapping like a little bi@#h you are the man, you are the fuk/n warrior, you are a soldier fighting this awful disease of PMO, as you are reading this at this very moment a million other guys are on a porn site wasting there lifes to get that quick fix of dopamine, that is fake, but where are you, what are you doing now, you are reading a post on nofap because you don't need that quick fix because you are a real man, you are a warrior, you are at war with PMO and you are winning

    Hi,
    I'm just suggest you some advice may help you or not , i'm not specialist too ,but rebooting means kinda you are rebuild your personal habits, and depression's levels depends from person to other and his lifestyle etc so here some advice :
    • Don't overthink alot that's gone waste your energy , try to find :
    1. the causes ( why i feel depressed right now )
    2. actors (exemple : toxic people)
    3. the importance of the issue ( low , medium , very important)
    4. and the big question you need to ask '' is that worth , thinking about this issue or some depression situation you had in this moment ?'' , i gone gain something positive ? , does it worth please your self by any kind of drug gone delete all my problem just like magic ? does short time of pleasure gone help me in this kind of situation)
    • try to find a new goals you want to accomplish in your life ( the precious one ) ,i think when you succeed doing your goals you win two thing : you filled your empty time , with a productive activity and you gone fell more confident
    • Watch some thing that's motivates you and inspire you
    • Stay strong and do something productive , when you are on depression and alone this situation gone be worst
    • Don't let the depression overcome your life , and have effect on you , always think is a short term
