If you guys get the urge to PMO...

Come to this site and post about it! Or read other threads and contribute to encouraging others in their battle with PMO. I used to be super shy in posting forums like this but now I'm wondering why I never started (less ego driven?). Ending bad habit is a matter of replacing it with a good one and what other way to do it then to help your fellow fapstranauts out in their journey? You don't have to post to get a ton of likes either; if what you say can at least help one person in the right direction that why not?
