Mice have a very similar biology to humans (reason they're most tested on). With suppressed AR density > increased Estragen receptor density > little to no transcription of masculine traits to DNA > little to no Carnitine expression or creation in skeletal muscle > fatty acids can't be transported and oxidized.

I was doing alternate day fasting and running for an hour a day and wasn't losing any weight which should've been impossible. After stopping PMO for several days and taking L carnitine L tartate (2200mg a day) plus Ashwagandha to help restore AR density, fat loss came quickly. Naturally with high estrogen low T uptake, gaining lean mass would be very difficult too, so this should improve.

PMO is disastrous for both mental and physical health, can see why parent companies of porn websites pay textbook 'science' websites or groups to lie about it's health affects with misleading articles.

Lock your smartphone in a cupboard, get a blocker on your pc (like detoxify) if needed, with unblocking password given to someone accountable or left with the company. If there's any urges > cold shower or cold water on your groin.

Do all you can to kick this habit, it's a wall blocking life.
 
weird i dropped 20kg in 4 months and my testosterone is in 95th percentile , jacked and getting leaner month to month

Not denying NoFap isnt beneficial to many functions but its arbitrary in regards to burning fat

if your already significantly overweight that is why you have high estrogen

also fasting isnt fool proof it takes a number of days to actually enter ketosis you might lose 20lbs on say a 30 day fast and fain 10 back in water and glycogen, the body is a survival machine the less fat you have the more is preserves. you have to basically trick it into burning more at different stages .

NoFap probably beneficial overall but i would doubt it contributes alot in comparison to insulin response. and how much are you eating back in calories because you can pretty much undo everything in one day

alternate day as in one day fast . it can take 48 hours to burn stored glycogen before entering ketosis one day fasting isnt really enough to see any actual fat loss definitely not in the short term .

if you fast for a week + you will lose fat its inevitable
