Ignore all these thoughts

Even if all the people of the world become corrupt and immoral, your mind should not be occupied with them; Because each human being is "alone" in front of God and must be accountable for their actions: "And the coming of the Day of Resurrection tomorrow"

At all, suppose that all the people of the world are corrupt and immoral or will soon become so; You and I must pay attention to ourselves that in this case, their debauchery does not have any harm for us

Life is shorter than these words, and youth and sexual temptations are even shorter than a short life, and the devil is more evil and clever than not knowing what thoughts to divert and stop anyone.

So, ignore all these thoughts and only focus on yourself and maintaining your individual piety;

Something that helps a lot of people in this way and salvation is friendship with good people. You could find them in the mosque or anywhere else and get along with them. The antidote to the evil of Satan is friendship with pious people who keep the memory of God alive for us.

I agree we should focus on ourselves maintaining our recovery, but why are you trying to get everyone to become Muslims? I don't know if God or the devil exist, and can't imagine myself ever going to a mosque.

These were the words that a seminary professor living in Iran gave in response to my question about the increasing spread of moral corruption in the world and my discomfort with this situation. I had no intention to make someone a Muslim. The word mosque was in his sentence and I translated it without any changes. Becoming a Muslim is a way of being and no one becomes a Muslim with these sentences.
