I'll stop it now!

Ok so I'm on day 22 and really glad I could make it that far.^^
So a couple minutes ago I was veeeeery bored and so I looked up a girl I used tp fap to on instagram which is a private account and I used to look it up and see if it's still private.
Now don't get me wrong, I had no intention to fap or make myself incredibly horny by looking at her pics. I just thought "huh, I find her hot and I wonder if her account is still private and if she has new answers on her ask, so why not just look her up?"

My question is: did that behaviour do any harm to my progress and I don't mean like a chaser effect or "now I will keep thinking about her and it will eventually make me horny". Remember- I haven't touched myself and I had no intention to do so to begin with.
