Hi all. This is a post for everyone at today's webinar, this is the article I was talking about.
For anyone stumbling upon this, I've attached a pdf of an article by Gretchen Blycker, a licensed mental health counselor specializing in mindfulness-based therapy and sexual and relational health. This article focuses on something not always talked about or stressed: how someone's compulsive sexual behavior disorder affects their partner.
This is not an easy read. It's dense, and a reminder of how much these problems can damage your relationship with others. I'll also say it's absolutely worth a read, it can be eye-opening about some aspects of this addition that aren't always obvious to us addicts.
