    This is kinda embarrassing to say but I started watching porn around 10 yrs old. I got addicted to it at 12 and stopped when I'm 13 but then SOMEHOW re-continued. (SMH)

    I always fap at night (to help me sleep easier) and I always hate the after feeling of fapping.

    PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!!

    You have to start excericising. Join events and activities, and have purpose for your everyday life. Some people might think that you're 'too young' for this but I'm sure you are wise enough to understand this. Never regret it if you did it again, learn from your mistake and understand what events and consequences made you do it. Most importantantly never give up!
