I'm 17 and not down with this anymore

    Trying this out on a recommendation from a therapist. Have my doubts but I'm going to try here. Im 17 and have been viewing porn since pre-puberty. I'm pretty sure it has warped me mentally and probably physically. A counselor I see told me about nofap and decided to check it out myself. My goal is really to be a better me, and to do that I know I have to change how I view sexuality. Anyway....wish me luck.
