I was hitting rock-bottom three years ago myself (during the late autumn of 2016) and I will never forget how crappy I felt that November night where I self-pitied myself to sleep.
However, that following New Year's eve, I decided to take the first steps towards self-improvement during the upcoming year, no matter how small or futile in the beginning. Within a year, I had quit watching porn, improved my body language while also discarding the idea of a girlfriend as the cure to all my problems and issues since no woman could have fixed me and the serious mental- and attitude issues I had at the time. Fixing myself first from within had to be the first priority.

During the year after, I stopped fapping as well and slowly gained superpowers and regained masculine traits I never thought possible. I have worked a lot on self-improvement the past 18 months and although I get more attention from women for every passing week, I couldn't care less since my goals and purposes in life are the very first priority. Everything else will align perfectly with time and since the saying: "A man's wife might make or break him", holds true, I am not settling for mediocrity there or in anything else I might pursue in life. My time is way too valuable for settling down with a woman who doesn't play in the same vibrational league as me.

A reboot from PMO and the change of current habits takes a long time so be aware that it is a battle that might take years. I am still rebooting from my years of PMO:ing but the effects from those days are slowly fading away
