    hello i'm Tim I came here from the Nofap reddit. PMOing has turned me in to a monster made me so desperate for sex that i'm scared that I may end up hurting someone I want it to end, I want to stop looking at women like pray, I want to stop being a monster.

    Hi Tim @SolidCroft. You will have to explain more about what you mean if you want constructive feedback. You say "I am a monster", but why? What monstrous things have you done to make such an extraordinary claim?

    Forgive me @IGY i'm do not feel happy going into detail however my porn viewing has been very dark and I having a urge to try it on others. Maybe it is a exaggeraion to say i'm a monster but that is how I feel.

    I understand mate. Perhaps you will develop rapport with someone here and you will be able to share the pain of all that. I guess my point was that maybe you are very tough on yourself. Remember that porn-induced fantasies and fetishes are gradually healed with the rewiring process. So, I would encourage you to go for the challenge to abstain from any sexual stimulation for the next few months. You will get withdrawal symptoms from the craving for dopamine, but you will also start noticing benefits. That will include a fading of your appetite for taboo and/or extreme stuff. Also, try and elevate your self-esteem as this will help you stay motivated and hopeful. All the best dude. :)
