    You're still getting all the chemicals though so... I guess its a matter of figuring out what gives said chemicals and abstain from that. IDK.

    The way I see it, the reward cycles in the brain are hijacked in basically the same manner, with the common problem of not fully engaging in a real, meaningful relationship with one's sexual partner - yes?
    Try going cold-turkey for a while, see what kinds of non-sexual, romantic, and loving things you come up with for your partner!
